Yes, and at the same rate as BT ie the published Telestunt rates (remember
to consider the 6p connection charge though).

Yes - but remember NTL also have a 5p connection charge, round all
calls up to the nearest penny, and charge for itemised billing.

I suggest using http://www.call18866.co.uk/ as they bill per second,
have a 1p connection charge and offer free itemised billing.

See how crap NTL are?

Cheers,

Jason.

don't forget http://www.call1899.co.uk/

half the price for uk geographic calls than 18866, more expensive for some
international destinations though.

Curious. 1p/min to USA landline, but 3p/min to US Mobiles?!

How can they tell?

They can't, not from the number anyway. Maybe there's some data exchanged
when the call is completed that tells them it's a mobile switch..?

Call1899 is new news to me. Any existing users care to comment about
call quality, service and accuracy of billing?

Their 0.5p looks good, but the 3p connection fee might make it
unappealing for some people.

I find the idea of connection fee off-putting. I thought this sort of
pricing was reserved for the like of NTL. Others like
www.superline.co.uk charge a minimum of 3p, but this isn't the same as
a connection fee.

more expensive for some international destinations though.

Agreed - Australia at 3p per minute is hardly ground breaking, but in
a competitive market, Call1899 will find their niche.

Cheers,

Jason.

NTL no longer surcharge. Use www.call4224.com for dirt cheap call rates
worldwide. We will soon be releasing our CPS provider - www.identitycps.com
for even cheaper rates.
